Raya's Thai Thali is an exploration of modern Thai cuisine with an Anglo influence. The concept revolves around the idea of a "Thali," a traditional Indian meal with small servings of various dishes. In this unique twist, we adapt the Thali concept to showcase a wide array of Thai dishes, carefully curated to represent the various regional dishes and flavours of Thailand while infusing a touch of Anglo influence.
